Agreement to Terms
By engaging Gatekeeper Contracting & Homewatch for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services
We provide homewatch, property management, contracting, and related services as described in your service agreement. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be outlined in your individual contract.
Property Access
You grant us authorized access to your property for the purpose of performing agreed-upon services. You are responsible for providing access codes, keys, and any necessary permissions.
Liability and Insurance
Gatekeeper Contracting & Homewatch maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by third parties.
Emergency Response
While we make every effort to identify and address property issues promptly, we cannot guarantee prevention of all damage. Our homewatch service is not a substitute for property insurance or alarm monitoring.
Payment Terms
Services are billed according to your service agreement. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your property, access codes, and personal information. Our team members sign confidentiality agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
